I provide support to folks who are struggling with being stuck in a cycle. Whether you are trying to quit drinking and do some healing, or if drinking isn't your issue but you know you need something different. We are doing the work in our little space to heal the world. I believe that by shedding old thoughts and behaviors we are empowered to stand in the light that is meant for us- and that is what I'm here to show, prove, and give. I believe that a part of healing this often tragic and terrifying world of ours is to heal ourselves, one soul at a time. We are so often the barriers to our own peace. We just have to let the fuck go, sometimes. So let's shed some fucks together, shall we? So many of us women hold on to way too many. I want to help you create your own brand of happiness. Certified through my own struggles and the toolkit I've picked up along the way, my goal is to arm women with the truth toolkit on awareness and empowerment. My hope is that each one of you will pass it on in some way.
