I provide support to folks who are struggling with being stuck. Women need empowerment and that is what I'm here to show, prove, and give. I believe that a part of healing this often tragic and terrifying world of ours is to heal ourselves, one soul at a time. We are so often the barriers to our own happiness. We just have to let the fuck go, sometimes. I like to call it, shedding the fucks. So many of us women hold on to way too many. I want to help you create your own brand of happiness. Certified through my own struggles and the toolkit I've picked up along the way, my goal is to arm women with the truth toolkit on awareness and empowerment. My hope is that each one can pass it on.
